Dataset contains concentrations of non-methane hydrocarbons in the atmosphere over the Northwest Pacific Ocean (2017-10 to 2017-12).

Cruise Information:The cruise was conducted onboard the R/V 'Dong Fang Hong 2' from October 6 to December 7, 2017Sample Collection and Analysis:Atmospheric samples were collected with 3-L fused-silica lined canisters (Restek, USA) and facing the wind at ~10 m elevation above the surface seawater on the upper deck of the ship. The relevant characteristics of the atmospheric samples were quantified by a gas chromatograph with a mass spectrum detector (GC-MSD) (Agilent 7890A/5975C, USA) equipped with a three-level pre-concentrator (Nutech 8900DS, USA) in the case of selective ion monitoring (Wu et al., 2021).Air samples were gathered facing the wind at ~10 m elevation above the surface seawater on the upper deck of the ship.All stations were at 'integer degree' and the precision is +- 0.05 degree.
