Quantification of the gene expression in a strain collection of Escherichia coli containing AIEC (Adherent Invasive Escherichia coli) and non-AIEC (non-Adherent Invasive Escherichia coli) strains by RT-qPCR. Each file contains the quantification of different genes included in this study, corresponding to the four Fluidigm chips used to quantify gene expression:
