The results of gel electrophoresis of Reverse Transcription-PCR of tow genes involved in serum resistance of χ1378

mRNA levels of three genes (i: iss, b: bor, g: gapdh) of χ1378 in the chicken serum, by three time-points (24: 24 hr after inoculation in serum; 28: 28 hr after inoculation in serum; 32: 32 hr after inoculation in serum ), as revealed by Reverse Transcription-PCR analysis. Three replicates were considered for each time. RNA experiments were confirmed using the gapdh as control.
