Investigation of Atomic Disorder Effects in Ti1-xZrxNiSn

We propose to investigate the arrangement of Ti, Zr, Ni and Sn over the 4 available atomic sites in the half-Heusler structure for the title series. This will help rationalise the widely varying thermoelectric properties reported for these materials in the literature.
