This dataset supports the paper: "Environmental controls of dark CO2 fixation in wetland microbiota".

It contains genecluster abundances, annotations, taxonomy and membership for the metagenomic and metatranscriptomic analyses aswell as ASV tables for the 16S rRNA gene analyses.
