Lateralization of short-term memory in the frontal cortex

In this research, we studied the information encoding and interactions of left and right frontal cortical areas in multiple short-term memory tasks. Combined with optogenetics and electrophysiological recordings, we revealed differential contribution of the two areas to short-term memory and the underlying neural mechanisms. Here, we provide:1. Single units, recorded in behavior mice with different optogenetics manipulations, and related behavior data. 2. MATLAB/Python codes for data analysis.
