SYBU metabolomic dataset

In this study, a metabolite profiling was performed on COV318 ovarian cancer cells transiently depleted or not for SYBU gene by siRNA and treated or not for 18h with paclitaxel (PTX) 5 nM . A targeted analysis of intracellular metabolites was performed by gas chromatography (GC) coupled to a triple quadrupole (QQQ) mass spectrometer. Nucleotides and cofactors were analyzed by ion pairing ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to a Triple Quadrupole (QQQ) mass spectrometer.
