Oak Genome Sequencing Website

DOI

The oak genome sequencing website, concerning the sequencing of the oak genome and identification of genes important for the adaptation of forest trees, is a permanent resource by INRAE, available at http://www.oakgenome.fr/. It provides access to various resources : oak genome by the numbers, data, links, publications, partners, funding and outreach. It was conducted by a French consortium led by Christophe Plomion at INRAE Bordeaux.

The oak haploid genome assembly and corresponding annotation have been deposited in the European Nucleotide Archive under project accession code PRJEB19898.
