Weevil hyperspectral images database

Images of frozen dead weevils at different developmental stages and feeding conditions were captured with a hyperspectral camera to assess spectral differences between their cuticle. The camera used was a Specim FX10 which captures hyperspectral images from 400 to 1000 nm with a configuration of blue, green, and red wavelengths at 435 nm, 546 nm, and 699 nm respectively (corresponding in the script via the wave_lengths spreadsheet to the values 29, 113 and 227 respectively). The images are organized in several files detailed in the database sheet.pdf.
