Presentation "How to Archive a Corona Archive Project? The University of Hamburg's Coronarchiv and the SIARD file-format"

DOI

The poster presents the long-term digital archiving strategy that the Hamburg University Archives (Universitätsarchiv - Universität Hamburg) developed for the coronarchiv. The coronarchiv (https://coronarchiv.blogs.uni-hamburg.de/) is an online portal aimed to collect, store and exhibit digital objects (texts, videos, images) about the Covid-19 pandemic. The University Archives will generate SIARD (Software Independent Archival of Relational Databases: https://dilcis.eu/content-types/siard) files from an Omeka-S-powered MySQL relational database and store them in its digital-preservation storage facility.
