Anopheles gambiae Small RNA Transcriptome

The goal of the study was to determine the miRNA transcriptome in female mosquito tissues relevant to reproduction and immunity for vector, Anopheles gambiae. Female mosquito tissues were collected at 3 d post eclosion. Tissues include abdominal walls for enriched fat body, midguts, ovaries, and remaining tissues composed of head and thorax.
