Genome sequencing and assembly of Littoraria sinensis

The snail, Littoraria sinensis, is one of the most typical ecological and evolutionary models that inhabits intertidal shores along the Northwest Pacific Ocean. To investigate the molecular mechanisms of adaptation to intertidal environments and karyotype evolution of Littoraria sinensis, we reported a high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly constructed using ONT long reads, BGI paired-end sequencing, and Hi-C reads.
