Genome sequencing and assembly of Littorina brevicula

The snail, Littorina brevicula, is one of the most typical ecological and evolutionary models that inhabits intertidal shores along the Northwest Pacific Ocean. To investigate the molecular mechanisms of adaptation to intertidal environments and karyotype evolution of Littorina brevicula, we reported a high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly constructed using PacBio long reads and Hi-C reads.
