Cruise track, sea level pressure, and air temperature of midwinter, north polar cruises of icebreaker Kapitan Dranitsyn in 2019/20

DOI

Hourly data of position, sea level pressure, and air temperature along the cruise tracks of the Russian icebreaker Kapitan Dranitsyn (KD) during her supply voyages of RV Polarstern during the Mosaic project. Data are from December 2, 2019, to January 2, 2020 (Mosaic Leg 1/2 resupply and crew change), and from February 3 to March 31, 2020 (Mosaic Leg 2/3 resupply and crew change). Data were acquired by a Compact Air-Launched Ice Beacon (CALIB, Metocean Systems, Canada, https://www.metocean.com/product/calib/) placed on the open deck 9 of KD at a height of approximately 24 m above the water level.
