Perceived Diversity Effects on Organizational Outcomes (LISS Core Study)

In September 2010, the LISS panel was presented a questionnaire about diversity in organizations with the aim of gaining insight into how employees perceive diversity in an average organization, and how this affects organizational outcomes.
