The results of questionnaires of Traditional Chinese Medicine Course for international undergraduates

A self-reported questionnaire was administered to international undergraduates who enrolled in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) course during 2018 and 2019 academic years (n = 157) at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. The questionnaire comprised of 18 close-ended questions with 9 single choice and 9 multiple choice. The 9 single-choice questions used a 4-point Likert scale, where 1 was ‘Strongly disagree’ and 4 was ‘Strongly agree’. The questions helped to investigate students’ backgrounds about learning TCM (learning backgrounds), students’ assessment on learning effectiveness of the course (learning effectiveness) and students’ further demands regarding the learning contents and teaching methods (learning demands). The questionnaire also covered demographic data including the country that the student was from, gender and age.
