The Ontology for Experimental Phenotypic Objects (OEPO), allows assigning types (e.g. Experimental organization and context, Environment type, Germplasm, Physical Object) to objects involved in phenotyping experiments and defining specialization hierarchy between them according to the specificities of the installations and experiments.
