We have collected public record transcripts from environmental impact assessment scoping and hearing sessions from Northern Impact Assessment processes. The geographic scope is territorial north, Labrador and area under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. Eleven major projects are covered from the Mackenzie Valley enquiry ("Berger commission") to the current Joint Review process of the same project. The data is coded by several hundred variables.
