The data are somatically acquired single base substitutions (subs), indels and structural variants called in 632 single cell-derived colonies from normal basal bronchial epithelium, across 16 subjects. The columns in the tables are interpreted as follows: Sample: ID for the colony that was whole-genome sequenced, Chrom: Chromosome the mutation was located on, Pos: Genomic position on the chromosome for the mutation (genome build GRCh37d5), Ref: The reference base at that position, Alt: The alternate allele created by the mutation, DEP: The total read depth at that position, MTR: The number of reads reporting the mutant (Alt) allele at that position in that cell, VAF: Variant allele fraction of the mutation.
