This dataset was submitted to Data in Brief. It was validated to investigate factors influencing Indonesian pre-service science teachers’ intention to use Web 2.0 in learning using an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The main questionnaire is 5 exogenous and 1 endogenous variables. Demographic information and Level of familiarity with various Web 2.0 technologies are included. Content validity index, pilot study, common method variance, reflective measurement model, and assessment of the structural model are the statistical approaches for this dataset.
