Dataset on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry based Proteomics Profiling of the Up-regulated Hemolymph Proteins in Female Macrobrachium rosenbergii, upon Physical-stress Associated with Eyestalk Ablation

This data informs about the profile of up-regulated hemolymph proteins in Macrobrachium rosenbergii subjected to physical-stress as induced by eyestalk ablation. Hemolymph protein of normal (unablated) and stress (ablated) animals were collected from premolt during reproductive and non-reproductive stages. The data includes protein ID, protein group, percentage coverage, number of peptides, number of unique peptides, species that shares similar peptide sequence similarity and average mass. The data is highly valuable for data repository of the M. rosenbergii proteome for comparative and biochemical studies as well as understanding protein-protein interaction network governing the stress-factor upon eyestalk ablation during molting (growth) and reproductive development.
